Does this work on mac I had been searching for a way to fix random crash and fps fixes for mac for a long time alr. I run the game on a small little laptop and it works fairly well on a low traffic server and on low graphics. Hello, just windering if there is a reason my computer would just shut its self off when i try playing ark. My husband never has this happen on his computer just mine and it has never happend while doing anything else. It doesnt really crash but just shuts off. You are supposed to be playing with other people. Every time I try to load into my single player world my whole mac restarts with an error saying your mac restarted because of a problem.
If I reset it or uninstall it the world works at first but if I try to load back into the world again the same problem occurs, I have no mods installed.

The screen would go black for about 2 seconds then it would have the leaving screen. And then it would say I timed out.
I dont have to problem with any other server. I validated my files. Deleted all my mods then redownloaded. And I think everyone on the server has this problem because no one is getting on and there are usually atleast 12 people on all the time. Can someone help me?

That the file you would download is a virus or Trojan. Your local saved files are corrupt when you leave Ark you must exit to their menu before closeing the app not close app as most PS4 users do and Ark will have to realise this one day.
Why did you ask the same question as the post above? I have a problem with my ps4 Ark Survival Evolved. Hello all! Currently I am stuck on "installing" mods, the specific mod is Structures Plus. I play SP, and had everything running well, but Structures Plus updated the 15th or 16th. But now it is causing me issues. I can't load my saves or my structures and most of my items will be gone I know, but no matter how many times I unsubscribe, resubscribe, manually delete mod contents, etc, nothing seems to be working.
I am now taking to just trying to wait it out and hope it will work, but I have done this before to no success. I've read through a bunch of similar issues from mid 16, late 15, and tried all the suggestions there, but nothing. I can't do much in way of clean installs, etc, because I have to work with limited download limits thus the SP.
I used Dino Nests, since it was small. It downloaded, then proceeded to sit at "installing mods" with 2 instead of one. Upon rebooting ARK, it was properly installed and ready to go, Structures Plus was not Everything I have done has still left me at the "installing 1 mod" and "Copying mod data to game directory" loop that I seem to be stuck in. Anybody have any ideas? I have had it happen with other mods, but I would just unsubscribe from them as I wasn't using them currently, this is the first mod that it has hit that was being used heavily in a save, so just unsubscribing and continuing isn't much of an option for me with this : After having some issues and needing to delete my save due to corruption, Structures Plus finnaly got out of its loop and installed.

Today I decided to look into it a little and when I tried to bring up the mod on the workshop in game This is ultimately unhelpful if it won't work for you, but hey, maybe it will and we can both begin enjoying the mod!
I actually am not really sure what happened to fix it for me, but I DID get it working. I didn't mark this as solved because I have had this issue multiple times before with other mods, some of Eco's, Annunaki after an update, to name a few. I honestly have no clue how to fix it, but it seems like it pretty much did the same for me as it did for you, so at least we can both use it now!
