I had an eero v1 which is not supported and upgraded to the ubiquity AmpliFi Instant which is certified as fully compatible, yet performance for monitored devices of the firewalla blue is well below 25Mbps.
For device thanI turn off monitoring of, I do get my full WiFi performance. Keep this in mind and make sure to have a fully compatible router. But verify compatibility with the Firewalla staff. I have used the Firewalla Gold for about 6 months. It was easy to setup and configure and offers a number of security features to help protect my family and IoT.
